The hotel was not as updated as it appeared in pictures, but it had nice little touches. The comfortable bed and spacious bathroom were a plus, however.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although clean and equipped with basic amenities, were not as modern as they appeared in the pictures. On the bright side, the spacious bathroom was a nice touch. The service, particularly during the night shift, was satisfactory, but there were some ups and downs with housekeeping and paid shuttle service. The location was convenient, right in the center of downtown Napa, within walking distance to many nice restaurants. However, the price may not fully align with the value for money offered. As for the dining, the included breakfast with cereals was decent but didn't exceed expectations. The hotel had some facilities to offer, but nothing extraordinary stood out.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but not as updated as they appeared in the pictures. The service was efficient, especially during the night shift. The location was perfect, right in the center of downtown Napa, close to many great restaurants. The dining options were satisfactory, although I wished there were more beef dishes available. Overall, a good value for money with some room for improvement.
